    They definitely need more recess. I give my kids as many brain breaks that I can!

    I love this article!! My children get 2 recess but the school I work in only gets 1 for 15 minutes a day. We cannot expect 7 year olds to be little adults that only need a 15 minute break a day - very frustrating! Thank you for sharing :)

    I'm all about more recess!! My kids only get 15 minutes a day. :(
